Scope of Cover Nu-Care Service Plans are provided by Nu-Age Ltd and offer maintenance and repair cover for domestic heating systems, subject to the level of plan selected. All plans include an annual boiler service and safety inspection.
Repairs & Call-Outs Where faults are covered under the selected plan, Nu-Age Ltd will provide call-outs and repairs in accordance with that plan. Same-day attendance is aimed for where calls are received before 10am but is not guaranteed.
Parts & Labour Parts and labour are included only where expressly stated. Where not included, these will be chargeable at discounted rates. Replacements may be provided at Nu-Age Ltd’s discretion where repair is not feasible.
Exclusions Cover does not include damage caused by limescale, sludge, corrosion, debris, poor system water quality, blocked heat exchangers, flues, hot water cylinders, underfloor heating, drainage, taps, showers, decorative radiators, frozen condensate pipes, cosmetic damage, consumables, or systems supplying swimming pools.
Manufacturer Warranties Servicing is carried out in line with manufacturer guidance where possible; however, Nu-Age Ltd cannot guarantee the validity or continuation of any manufacturer warranty.
Access & Safety Customers must provide safe and reasonable access. Nu-Age Ltd reserves the right to refuse or charge for work where conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.
Payments & Cancellation Payments are collected by monthly direct debit. Plans may be cancelled at any time. Nu-Age Ltd may suspend or cancel cover in cases of non-payment, misuse, or excessive non-covered call-outs.
Fair Use Plans are intended for normal domestic use. Excessive or unreasonable usage may result in review or termination of cover.
Legal These plans are not insurance products. Nu-Age Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable notice. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
